Stitch (Ukelele, Coconut & Smile Version)

We begin the entire batch of 8 Stitches with these 3. I really like the smiling Stitch, which shows why he is taking Japan and perhaps the world by storm with his cuteness. The Ukelele Stitch is really interesting as well as you see him struggling to play the instrument. The coconut in the drinking piece looks a bit weird to me.

Stitch (Ukelele, Coconut & Smile Version)

I really like the Space suit Stitch which is the only one with his additonal 2 pairs of limb been expressed, and he looks really cool with his space guns. The "Ice-cream" Stitch is perhaps the most adorable of the lot especially with the large sunglasses sliding off his face. The "Cup" piece showing his first try of water consumption using an utensil.

Stitch (Hoola Dancing & Singer)

I'm really drawn to acquire this set much attributed to the charm of this pair. I doubt I have seen any Stitch doing Elivs impersonation figurine (until a Yujin's Lilo & Stitch Double Mascot released in May 2005), so I was immediately had my attentions drawn to this piece, and it is really too hard to resist. The "Hoola Dancing Stitch" is just as adorable, but it kind of leans too sidewards.

Sparky, Experiment 625 & Yang

Sparky & Experiment 625 escaped from their pod together with Stitch during their arrival on the earth. They eventually joined Lilo and Stitch to hunt down the remaining 623 Experiments that was supposedly to cause "mass chaos" on the island they escaped to. Sparky is like a slimer, yellow Stitch with antlers while 625 is a hazel-nut colored and plumper Stitch with smaller years (look very much like a guinea pig to me). Yang is part of the 2 experiments (the other been Yin) featured in episode 9. Looks freaky with little chimneys on his spine. Looks intimidating.

Yin, Swirly & Angel

Yin is the partner of Yang from the previous which is basically a jelly-fish like creature which someone mentioned to me would be much more adorable if made with a much rounded head as seen on the packaging. I still wonder why they are named of the Chinese traditional contrasting elements. Swirly looks like an old, nerdy, bespectabled experiment with eyes as indicated in his name, swirly. Angel supposed to be a female experimental creature and looks really diva like. Really like the baby violet color of the fur though.

Sinker & Experiment 627

Sinker is a classic comic book joke with a small fish like body but bearing a huge, terrifying shark-like fin. However Sinker bears 4 limbs much like mammals, very interesting design there. Meanwhile Experiment 627 bears the closest resemblance to Stitch except he is red in color. This improved version of Stitch could be perhaps a difficulty preposition for the hunting crew.

Final Rating:

A lot of people may find the price is a wee bit too high for this set of small figurines. But I'm sure avid "Lilo & Stitch" fans would not give this set a miss.
